The hotel offered great room service and staff fulfilled all their requests, even on short notice. the hotel was located in a convenient area for exploring the city.
The hotel lacked in-room amenities and did not have a restaurant of its own. the room was not well-furnished and the air conditioner was noisy, leading to some discomfort.

During my Christmas stay, I appreciated the location of the hotel near a metro station and shopping areas. They offered free breakfast and had LCD TVs in the rooms which kept me entertained.
The hotel staff seemed disorganized and unresponsive to requests for extra towels and basic amenities. The WiFi was only available in the lobby area and even then, the password had to be asked for repeatedly.

This hotel is great value for money, especially considering its prime location. Being so close to the Metro station made it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. Additionally, the staff were very attentive and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with the extra bed being a welcome addition. Moreover, the breakfast provided was delicious and had a good variety of options to choose from.
Our experience at this hotel was great - everything was just fine.

Secondly, the staff were attentive and provided great service, ensuring that my needs were met. Additionally, the hotel's location was very convenient, being close to the Metro station, making it easy to explore the city.

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel located in Rajouri Garden area. the hotel staff was friendly and arranged a good city tour at an affordable price. the in-room service was quick and efficient. Though the room was small, it had all necessary amenities including comfortable bedding. the location was convenient and within walking distance of shops and restaurants.
The basic amenities in the room could have been better.
